FAQs

Will you replace shipments of jam that break en route?

Certainly. We take extreme care when packaging shipments and have not had any breaks since we were still learning best packing practices. That said, If you receive a damaged order please contact us so that we can send you a replacement package and file a claim with the responsible courier. Please leave the jam as you find it to ensure reimbursment.

Why is there is a pig on your label? Does your jam contain meat?

The pig on our label is just our logo. Our jams are all 100% vegetarian! However, we highly recommend that you add our jams to tasty animal products such as cured meats and fine cheeses!

Do you accept returns or issue refunds?

You can cancel any order prior to shipment to receive a full refund. Once shipped, you will be responsible for shipping fees but may return the product for a refund for the amount that you paid for the product. We don't accept returns or issue refunds for jam that has been opened. If you find any part of our services or products unsatisfactory, please send us a message and we will work together to make things right.

How soon will the jam arrive after I place an order?

Shipments are typically processed within 1-3 business days of when the order was placed. USPS Priority is our preferred shipping method and usually arrives 3-5 business days after we ship the package.

Are all of TLF jams fig based?

Nope! "Three Little Figs" is just our company's name and only one of our jams is fig based. The fig flavor is called 'Balsamic Fresh Fig' which uses local green figs. The base for our other flavors can be found in the flavor's name. For a full list of ingredients, visit our store and click on each flavor to see it's contents displayed below the item description.

How much of your Cabernet Cracked Pepper Jelly would I have to eat to get tipsy?

Home testing of this theory has proved the feat impossible. While the main ingredient is Cabernet Sauvignon red wine, we boil it for long enough to evaporate most of the alcohol and render the product non-altering.
