Come to the FIRST//OUTPOST next week!

OUTPOST will be a series of dining events fueled by the palpable talents of Liz Cowan of Three Little Figs and her extraordinary network of local resources. In addition, each OUTPOST will enlist talented chefs from across America to contribute to and celebrate our territory.

This OUTPOST will be called FIRST and will feature a mouthwatering 7 course menu celebrating Spring and including regional provisions co-authored and styled by the infamous Chef Arnold Myint. Arnold comes to us from Nashville via Los Angeles and brings with him a remarkable background as restaurant owner, product developer, event producer and Food Network personality.

OUTPOST partner farms, dairies and other providers of bounty to be announced closer to the event.

Pair your FIRST menu with delicious wines by an exclusive local vineyard or enjoy non-alcoholic specialty drinks concocted by our master chefs.

FIRST will take place at Three Little Figs in the Parkrose area of NE Portland. The unique workshop will seat 24 in an intimate experience directly connected to the kitchen and provide guests an opportunity to enjoy the process first hand. There is parking adjacent to the building for those that don't select UBER as their mode of transportation.
